Covid-19

Ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff is of utmost importance to us. In light of the potential risks associated with COVID-19, we are implementing a number of measures of protection so that all who walk through our doors can do so with assurance and peace of mind. 

1. WHAT TO EXPECT on arrival

Guests will be met by an employee who will show the guests to their room following social distancing rules.

Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance of the property for use by guests and staff.

During check in, guests will be asked whether or not they would like to receive housekeeping service during their stay.

Should they change their mind, it can be communicated via Whatsapp to our host Paula (+5999 6981415) at any point during their stay.


2. WHAT TO EXPECT from Housekeeping and Maintenance Department

Above and beyond our regular, detailed and rigorous housecleaning procedures, we have implemented the following:

Poppy, our loyal housekeeper, is familiar with the use of hospital grade cleaning supplies for many years now.

She is trained and updated continuously on any changes in protocol (WHO/CDC) and is under constant supervision of Total Services. 

Staff is required to wear a facemask if social distance rule of 2M cannot be maintained.

Whenever possible, staff is no  to enter a room while a guest is in it. In situations where this is unavoidable, both the staff member and guests must wear masks.

High touch areas in guest rooms (light switches, door handles, remote controls, table and counter tops, chairs and floors, etc.) will receive additional disinfection.

Bed linens will be changed every 7th day. Towels will be changed every other day. High temperature laundering is used for all linens and towels, compliant with CDC guidelines.
